He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Wingard and June Wingard (Reed); and his brothers, Barry and Robert. He is survived by: his wife Elsa (Siehl); his son Donald D., Jr. of Charlestown, WV; his granddaughter Meghan (Seth Stallard); his sons, Kaitlin Wingard, Kenneth Wingard, Jr. (Betty Jo Unger) of Summerville, SC and David Wingard; his great grandchild Paysleigh Wingard; and his sister Carol Gittler.
