In loving memory of Diane Price Groff (Johnstown, Pennsylvania), who departed this world on January 28, 2025 at the age of 77. Diane leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles S Price and Joan Ogle Price; and her daughter Allison Price Groff. She is survived by: her sons, Christian Groff (Megan Reilly) of Orange County, CA and Fletcher Groff (Julie) of Eagle, CO.; her grandchildren, Barrett, Boden and Ashlynn of Eagle, CO; her former husband Neal Groff of Denver; her brothers, Charles S III (Hibby) of Johnstown, PA. and David E (Deborah) of Johnstown, PA.; and her nieces and nephews, Emily, Seth, Matthew, Teresa, Tammy and Tanya.

Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Westmont Presbyterian Church (601 Luzerne St, Johnstown, PA 15905). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association (https://act.alz.org). or Westmont Presbyterian Church (601 Luzerne St. Johnstown, PA 15905).
