Church; her children, Patrice Blanner (Chuck), Melissa Hysong (Jay) and Charise Pastorik; her grandchildren, Adam Gray (Page), Jessica Revel (Shawn) and Carleigh; her great grandchildren, Gage, Jason, Brynlee and Lila; her siblings, Donald Fisher (Diane Harp) and Dee Fisher (Craig Jones); her niece Ally Carter Rose; her nephew Derek Carter (Ada); her great-nephews, Desmond E. and Darius E. Carter; and her pets, Maggie and Chloe.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Cambria County Humane Society.
