(Eppolito); his daughters, Diane (Greg Urbassik), Catherine (late Bryce Natta), Antoinette and Michelle; and his siblings, Anthony (Patricia Rush) and Kathleen Dave (Michael Mastovich, Sr.). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
