He is survived by: his sisters, Valerie Smith (Joseph), Melissa Steffey (Curtis) and Stacy Boring; his nieces and nephews, Joseph Smith, Jr., Katilyn LaVan, Shawn Smith, Jennah Steffey and C. J. Steffey; his close friend Melissa Cochran; and also, James and Matthew. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Kenneth A Stuart Funeral Home (139 N Ligonier St, New Florence, PA 15944). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Germany Lutheran Cemetery Germany Lutheran Cemetery.
