She was predeceased by: her parents, William Nancollas and Rachel Nancollas (Benneto); her husband Richard L. Smith; and her siblings, Robert, Laura Moore, Dorothy Fyfe, Phyllis Carnell, Betty Jane Luther and Ruth Mucko.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard Alan Smith (Donna), Daniel Kevin Smith (Patricia) and Dr. Elliot Lyle Smith (Bonny); and her grandchildren, Jason, Brett, Logan, Joshua, Luke, Nathan, Anthony, Taylor and Abby. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Harris Funeral Home (500 Cherry Ln, Johnstown, PA 15904). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
The family suggests contributions be directed to Parkwood United Presbyterian Church, 4289 Mt. Royal Blvd., Allison Park, PA 15101 in memory of Connie.
