She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Quarles and Margaret Quarles; her sons, Michael B. and Cameron K.; and her sisters, Patricia Roy (Tee) and Margaret Caufield (Peggy).
She is survived by: her children, William A. Jr., Hope S. Wiggins (Kevin) of Upper Marlboro, MD and Stephon Rozier of Johnstown; and her sisters, Christina Fleming and Gloria Owens. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
