She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy C. Adams and Catherine J. Adams (Raymore); and her daughter Alexa Eplett. She is survived by: her husband Bryan; her children, Amanda Petrosky (Edward) and Bryson; and her siblings, Deborah Leach (Jim), Michael (Shelby) and Greg (Maria). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

With a sorrowful heart we can't begin to imagine your loss.Cindy was one of my favorite person, she always had a smile and a positive, sweet soul.
