He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Voytko Sr. and Valeria Voytko (Troyan). He is survived by: his close friend Joanne Morgan; and his cousins, Alice Voytko, Ruth Kemerer, Rich, Winnie Voytko, Jack Voytko, Francis Troyan, Helen Goldberg, Robert Kisko, Delores Adams, Joan Markel and Frank Tomaselli. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Charles' memory are gratefully accepted to the Stackhouse Park Fund of the Community Foundation for the Alleghenies.
