He was predeceased by: his parents, John Tullis and Bertha Tullis (Baxter). He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Tullis (Yates); his children, Ray Hawkins, Tamara Hopkins (Vernon), Shawn Tullis (Maria) and Kathleen Floyd (Reginald C.); his siblings-in-law, Paul Yates and Sherrine King (John); his grandchildren, Nicole, Marcus, Dominique, Savanda, Robert, Vany, Gabriel, Quaddell, Regina and Raven; and his great grandchild Zahke. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
