He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Beam and Anna Beam (Pechak); and his sister Betty Imars. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Beam (Augustine); his children, Richard W. of Johnstown and Cindy L. Falcone (David Lamison) of Johnstown; and his granddaughter Carly M. Falcone (TJ Sliva) of Columbus, OH. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
