With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Catherine L. Stehnach (Johnstown, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 4, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Novotny and Anna Novotny (Missinay); her husband Samuel Stehnach Sr.; and her siblings, Albert, Joe, Steve, Frank, Anna Galus, Mary Plonka and Margaret Hawk.
She is survived by: her children, Samuel Stehnach Jr. "Duke" (Patti Anne), Virginia, Patty Dorofey (late James), Christopher Stehnach (Jill), Christine, Thomas, Mary Kay, Brent, Jason, Jimmy (Liz) and Matthew; and her great grandchildren, James, Meline and Autumn.
The family suggests memorial contributions to Church of the Transfiguration, 220 Oak St., Johnstown, PA 15909 in memory of Catherine L. Stehnach.
