He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth and Betty. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly; his children, Derek (Carly), Devin (Victoria Brumbaugh), Dylan (Katlyn Wilson) and Lacey; and his siblings, Keith, Kevin, Linda, Diana and Michelle. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
