He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Baltzer and Amelia Baltzer (Fondelier); and his siblings, Gertrude Carnes, Dorothy Brown, Myrtle Keifer, Mae Sharp, Ruth Meredith, Polly Werder, Peggy Kasay and Glenn Baltzer.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores (Nagle); his children, Dennis, Patricia, Diana (William Bent), Elaine Marsh, Brenda (Scott Swaltek), William Bent, Laura, Bryan Bent, Kourtney Baltzer and Kayla Swaltek; his great grandchildren, Charlotte Bent and Adelaide Bent; and his brother Charles. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
