She was predeceased by: her parents, John Duranko and Anna Duranko (Duray); her brothers, Frederick, Rev. John Duranko and Timothy Duranko; her son-in-law Bradford Lewis; and her sister-in-law Caroline Duranko.
She is survived by: her husband Stephen Martyak; her children, Susan Lewis of Massachusetts, Kim St. Clair (Gregory) of Pennsylvania and Mark Martyak (Patti); and her sister-in-law Patricia Duranko. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Barbara's memory to Christ the Saviour Cathedral.
