She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar E. Eller-Swaney and Caroline Eller-Swaney (Brunnet); her husband Edward Urban; her son Stephen O'Quinn; and her siblings, Oscar, Matthew, Donald Eller and Elizabeth Tamborello.
She is survived by: her brother Charles Swaney (Carol); her children, David O'Quinn (Debra), Philip O'Quinn (Kathleen) and Elizabeth Stricker; and her grandchildren, Matthew O'Quinn, Andrew O'Quinn (Rachel), Meghan O'Quinn, Joseph O'Quinn, Tina Rhodes and Stephanie Nelson (Ben). She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Forest Lawn Cemetery (1530 Frankstown Rd, Johnstown, PA 15902).
