She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Kralik and Lillian Kralik (Pikovsky); her siblings, Den Kralik and Mary Kralik; and her brother-in-law Bob Sankovitch.
She is survived by: her siblings, Elaine Sankovitch of Johnstown, Diane Pasquale (Roger) of Johnstown, Bernie Kralik of Johnstown and Terri Majercsik (Gregg) of Johnstown; her nieces and nephews, Jill Lichtenfels (Joe), Nate Sankovitch, Matt Kralik and Caitlin Kralik; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Lily, Cole, Jade and Eric Lichtenfels.
Donations can be made in Annette's memory to St. Michael's Catholic Church or St. John Gualbert Cathedral.
