She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Rector and Mary Elizabeth Rector (Goggin); her daughter-in-law Brenda Maslak (Dierling); her grandsons, Joshua and Charles Maslak; and her siblings, Charles, Robert, Dennis, John Melvin (Annette), Catherine Baluch, Mary Spodinak (Frank) and Helen Locher (William).
She is survived by: her children, James W. Maslak and Barbara Garofalo (Maslak); her grandsons, Jacob Maslak, Robert Garofalo, Andrew Garofalo (Hayley Fulk) and Jeffrey Garofalo (Elizabeth); and her great grandchildren, Luca, Ivy and Oliver Garofalo.
