She was predeceased by: her parents, John Skunta and Suzanna Skunta (Kucherka); her husband Francis Komara; her son Karl Komara; and her siblings, Helen Burgraff, Joanne "Jen" Sestrich, Florence Visovsky, Phyllis Skunta, John Skunta and Cyril Skunta.
She is survived by: her sons, Franklin Komara (Cecile) of Kissimmee, Kenneth Komara (Nancy) of Kissimmee and Joseph Komara of Johnstown; her grandchildren, Michele, Meghan and Lydia; and her daughter-in-law Elaine Komara. She is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
