He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Custer and Martha Custer Sr. (Plunkard). He is survived by: his children, Rev. Kenneth S. Custer (Susan), Kevin J. Custer (Charlene) and Crystal Dull (Clinton); his grandchildren, Hannah, Naomi, Lydia, Jacob, Cameron, Colton, Mackenzie and Anderson; his great grandchildren, Peter and Gabriel; and his brother Walter J. Custer Sr.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc. (1521 Frankstown Rd, Johnstown, PA 15904). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
