He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald E. Johnson and Betty Ferguson (Kunselman); and his grandchildren, Emanuel Jones and Taylor Thompson. He is survived by: his spouse Mark L. Thompson; his children, Robert Thompson (Rochelle) of Johnsonburg, Nicole Jones (Timothy) of Conneautville and Patricia Siverling (Vince) of DuBois; his siblings, Michael Heck of Colorado and Michelle Boughd of North Carolina; and his nieces, Jackie Heck and Kortney Boughd. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
