He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael J. Polaski, Sr. and Ida Kriegish Polaski; and his siblings, Shirley "Anne" Novasat, Mary Iorfida and Donald Polaski.
He is survived by: his wife Annie; his children, Geno Polaski (Cindy) of Johnsonburg, Pat Polaski (Pam) of Wilcox, Mary Long (Paul) of Johnsonburg, Ida Padasak (Pete) of Johnsonburg and Michelle Cherry (Dick) of Wilcox; and his brothers, Jake Polaski of Johnsonburg and Dave Polaski (Jean) of St. Marys. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
