He was predeceased by: his brother Michael P. Jundzilo; and his grandparents, Eugene, Patricia Northrop, William and Elizabeth Jundzilo.
He is survived by: his parents, Gary Jundzilo and Diane Northrop Jundzilo of Johnsonburg; his siblings, Paul Jundzilo of St. Marys and Joanne Jundzilo of Slippery Rock; and his nephew Walker Jundzilo. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
