He was predeceased by: his parents, John Calla and Theresa Manno Calla; his son David Calla; his grandson David Calla; and his siblings, Fred Calla, Bruno Calla, Louis Calla, Frank Calla, Fannie Calla, Jennie Calla, Ruthie Cherry, Madge Casciani, Rose Wolfe and Angeline Sidoni.
He is survived by: his spouse Pauline J. Holtzhauser; his children, Michael Calla (Mary Beth) of Sharon, John C. Calla (Robin) of Ridgway, Dave Myers of Johnsonburg and Peter Calla (Kelly) of Sharon; his sisters, Stella Maddalena of Ridgway and Jack Carroll of Andover; and also Kersey. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
