He was predeceased by : his parents, Glen Willow and Idabelle Willow (Lynch); his brother Robert G. Willow (Rio); his niece Mia Akers; his great-niece Courtney Kreckel; and his great-nephew Mark Rhines, Jr..
He is survived by : his brothers, Roland Akers of St Marys and Gary Akers (Connie) of Johnsonburg; his niece Carol Dinsmore (Melvin); his pet Frankie; and his close friend Patty Stubber. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, cousins.
