He was predeceased by: his sister Cecelia Spowal; and his brothers-in-law, Charles "Bud" Bloam, Joseph Spowal and George Pontious. He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Marrone and Margaret Addeo Marrone; and his sisters, Patricia Bloam of Johnsonburg, Nardina Pontious of Johnsonburg and Richard Hoyt of Johnsonburg. He is also survived by friends, and who was at his bedside when he left this world; Douglas Ford of Montana, whom he reared and loved as a son.
