He was predeceased by: his siblings, Shirley Hughes (Shoop), Lloyd and Lawrence Shoop; and his parents, Stephania and Loretta Anderson (Blymiller).
He is survived by: his wife Bertha Jon Anderson (Sonney); his children, Susan Anderson and Jon Anderson (Ellie); his adoptive daughter Annie Gadley; his grandsons, Andy Anderson (Grace) and Austin Anderson; and his brothers, Chester Shoop (Shirley) and Karl Anderson (Susan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
