Surotchak of Harrisburg Pa; her sisters, Mary (Robert Rostron) of Trenton, NJ. and Donna (Colonel George Olivas) of Snoqualmie; her grandchildren, Andrew, Elizabeth, Nicholas, Carson and Brooklyn; and her brother James Richard Hummel.

Memorial Contributions in her honor may be made to St. John's Slovak Lutheran Church, 1 East Abbott St., Lansford, Pa. 18232.
