She was predeceased by: her parents, Tennis Seiple and Erma Seiple (Knorr); her husband Drue C. Hoffman; and her siblings, Terry, Tom, Ted and Cherrie Seiple.
She is survived by: her son Richard Hoffman (Ruth) of Jim Thorpe; her grandson Mitch Hoffman; and her sister Sondra Myers of Bloomsburg.
