He was predeceased by: his former wife Grace A. Hough (Husack); his parents, Edward W. Hough and Ella Hough (Strohl); and his brothers, Willis "Bill", George and Edward Hough.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. (Cressley) Smith Hough; and his siblings, Kathy Horner (Rich) of Slatington, Carol Fairchild (Kenny) of Fairchild and John Hough (Diane) of New Tripoli. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
