He is survived by: his mother Tammy Mertz; his girlfriend Felicia Gombert; his sons, Blake and Jase Mika; his brothers, John Shubeck Jr., Lucas Mika and Jason Mika; his aunts, Katie Mertz and Sara Mertz; and his grandparents, Norman, Jeanne Mertz, Jim Thorpe and Elizabeth Mertz. He is also survived by several nieces/nephews.
