He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary Simone (Dooley); his parents, Dominick Simone and Josephine Simone (Ambrosio); his children, Michael Simone (Tonia) of Hamilton, Elizabeth Simone of Jim Thorpe and Doreen LaGiudice (Joseph) of Cranford; his siblings, Francis Simone of Staten Island and Maryann Haddad (Wade) of Beaconsfield, Canada; and his grandchildren, Michael, Julia, Olivia, Peter, Antoinette, Dominick, Paul and Julian.
