He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar A. Poe and Leona Mae Poe (Shankweiler); and his daughter Jo Ann McGavin. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn of Jim Thorpe; his son David of Jim Thorpe; his brother Alan of Port Jervis, NY; and his granddaughter Laura of Jim Thorpe.
