He is survived by: his wife Marie Katz (Heydt); his daughter April Amisson of Forked River; his stepdaughter Jenny Armstrong (Roger) of Greencastle, Pennsylvania; his son David Katz (Sarah) of Temple, Texas.; his sisters, Hilary Katz of Brentwood and Elyssa Torres of Oak City; and his nephew Samuel Heydt.

Memorial contributions can be made in his name to the Republican Party because he was a very Political man.
