Higby of Jessup, Pennsylvania, born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 30, 2022, at the age of 11, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Francis Higby and Jennifer Higby; his brother Kyle; and his pets, Sprinkles and Oreo. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
