She was predeceased by: her parent John Korman; her daughter Joan Sweeney; and her sister Marge Roche. She is survived by: her husband Thomas F. Sweeney; her parent Mary Radzicki Korman; her sons, Thomas I. Sweeney (Michelle Passeri), Jermyn Sweeney, James Sweeney (Tracy) and Clarks Green; her grandchildren, Rachel Sweeney-Bohenek (Chris), Laura Sweeney, Chantel Mitchell, Kyle Sweeney, Jimmy Sweeney and Greg Sweeney; her great grandchildren, Dylan Bohenek and Gavin Bohenek; her siblings, Tom Korman (Carol) of Scranton, Marcia Korman, Olyphant California and Joan White California; and her brother-in-law Frank Roche of Scranton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Patricia's name to the donor's favorite charity.
