She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Pezak and Rose Katchmar Pezak; and her brothers, John, Michael, Fred, Walter, Victor and Joseph.
She is survived by: her brother Joe; her son Gregory Barkowski (Ellie); her grandchildren, Greg Barkowski Jr., Amy Rose Borick (Tim) and Mark Barkowski (Giovann); her great grandchildren, Matthew, Anthony, Ethan, Jack and Clayton; her brothers, Nicholas Pezak (Marie) and Stanley Pezak (Ann); and her sisters-in-law, Natalie and Alice Pezak.
