He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfredo Sebastianelli and Virginia Cavagnaro Betacchini Sebastianelli; his siblings, Freddie, Nate, John, Tina and Rita; his brother-in-law Leonard; his niece Nadine; and his nephews, Allen and Joseph.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Rossi Sebastianelli; his children, Elda (Victor DePhillips), Dr. Wayne (Michele) and Joseph (Attorney Stephanie); his grandchildren, Dominic, Rachael (John Strauss), Geoffrey, Alyssa and Clare; his great grandchildren, Jackson, Layla and Jude; his sister-in-law Barbara Rossi; his sister Debby; his brother-in-law Paul Rafter; his nieces and nephews, Schawn Rafter, Ken Marchegiani and Dr. Mario Sebastianelli; and also Dr. Dominic Mazza. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews.
