He was predeceased by: his wife Ethel Safko; and his parents, John Bocan and Elizabeth Relock Bocan. He is survived by: his children, Andrew J. Bocan of Jessup, David Bocan (Roseanne) of Jessup, Theresa Leach (Allen) and Beverly Cottrell; his grandson David Bocan Jr.; and his brother Michael Bocan (Veronica). He is also survived by four nephews.
Visitors will be required to adhere to CDC social distancing guidelines and a mask will be required.
