He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Perechinsky and Mary Yurkanin Perechinsky; and his siblings, Michael Perechinsky, John Perry, Mary Wagon and Madeline Vispi.
He is survived by: his daughter Ruth M. Brown (Brian); his grandchildren, Matthew and Bethany; and his brothers, Paul Perechinsky (Ann Barbara) and Andrew Perechinsky (Sally). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
