She was predeceased by: her husband George Perechinsky; her parents, John Tereschuk and Elizabeth Goy Tereschuk; and her siblings, Peter Frishko, Charles Frishko, Michael Freshko, Ignatious Nicholas Tereschak, Helen Micklick, Ann Prokop and Irene Ruddy Miller.
She is survived by: her daughter Ruth Brown (Brian); her grandchildren, Matthew and Bethany Brown; her siblings-in-law, Andrew Perechinsky and Ann Barbara Perechinsky; and her siblings, Alexander and Anna.
