She was predeceased by: her parents, John Antonik and Elizabeth Kmetz Antonik; her siblings, Eleanor Kolesar (Edmund) and Michael Antonik (Maryann); and her son-in-law Bruce Faramelli.
She is survived by: her husband Robert "Dugan" Dubravcak; her daughters, Barbara Faramelli and Karen Walsh (James, Jessup); and her grandchildren, Tiffany, Brandon Faramelli, James and Lauren Walsh. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to donor's favorite charity.
