She was predeceased by: her husband Stephen Costelnick; her parents, Andrew Bzdick and Elizabeth Balog Bzdick; her son Stephen; and her siblings, Irene Ploshonka, Veronica Derossi, Mary Warholak, Elizabeth Denaro and Michael Bzdick.
She is survived by: her daughter Marianne Boos; and her grandsons, Mark Boos and Joseph Rebar. She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
Social distancing guidelines will be enforced and masks will be required.
