She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Mizok and Anna Chup Mizok; her sisters, Sadie Jesuit and Mary Ann Jeryga; and her son Stanley Pezak, Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Stanley; her children, Debbie, Gary (Theresa) of Jessup and Paul (Joann) of Jessup; her grandsons, Craig, Corey and Sean; and also Debbie.
Mass is open to public again with masks and social distancing.
