He is survived by: his wife Viola B. Boyd-Mosso; his daughter Karen Palmer (Jay) of Meadville; his grandchildren, Brent Mosso of Erie, PA, Heather Pickens (Jeff) of Annapolis, MD, Holly Ross (Tim) of San Diego, CA and Travis Palmer of Meadville; and his nieces, Denise Estes Wisinski and Karen Palmer. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
Due to Covid, a celebration of William's life will be held at a future date.
