He is survived by: his parents, William L. Caputo Sr. and Gloria Caputo; his parent-in-law Jamie Jones; the fathers of child, Zachary Caputo and Jin Kao; his sisters, Kimberley Schick (Ken) of Williamsport, Karen Plankenhorn (Chip) of Williamsport and Sharon Tressler (Ted) of Pittsburgh; his nieces, Felicia, Ashley, Connie and Sara; the mother of his child Christie Marchese; and also, Alexandrea Sheffield (Jimmie) of Montoursville and Andrea Molter of Williamsport. He is also survived by his parents, wife, son and daughter-in-law.
