She was predeceased by: her father Delbert Welsh Sr.; and her stepson Kenneth Frith of Galeton. She is survived by: her mother Lena Welsh of Flemington; her husband Gary L. Frith of Jersey Shore; her siblings, Delbert L. Welsh (Cindy) of Lock Haven and Amy Knarr (Kevin) of Woolrich; her children, Micah Clausen (Jaclyn) of Castanea and Rachel Reiter (Joe) of Strasburg; her stepson Gary D. Frith of Galeton; and also, Donald Post and Joann Post of Galeton. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to the United Evangelical Lutheran Church of Lock Haven, the American Cancer Society, the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association.
