He was predeceased by: his parents, Alden Maines and Ruth Maines. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Ann Miles; his children, Thomas "Toby" Maines Jr. (Traci) of Jersey Shore, Mark Walker of Jersey Shore, Wade Walker of Jersey Shore and Lisa Osgood of Elmira, NY; his grandchildren, Britnee Potter (Anthony), Coty Maines (Skylar), Jon Houtz and Mia Houtz; and his great grandchild Braya Potter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
