He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd T. Anderson and Violet Miller Anderson; and his siblings, James Anderson, Gretta Pardee, Dorothy Elliot and Marian Willits.

He is survived by: his wife Pat; his son Scott A. Anderson (Ricardy) of Northern Virginia; his grandchildren, Jackson and Kennedy; and his brother Robert Anderson of Pine Creek.
