She was predeceased by: her parent Russell O. Winner Sr.; her former husbands, Carl W. Marshall Sr. and Dale C. Doebler; her brothers, Russell O. Winner Jr. and Carl Winner; and her granddaughter Kathryn L. Burchanoski.
She is survived by: her parent Thelma V. Beaghley Winner; her children, Sharon K. Long (Kevin) of Cogan Station, Carl W. Marshall Jr. (Gail) of Henrico and Gary A. Marshall (Susan) of Myrtle Beach, S. C.; and her brother Wayne D. Winner of Williamsport. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
